Article 1 Citation, Commencement and Extent

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Special Hours Certificates) Order 1996.

This article and article 2 below shall come into force on the day after the day on which the Order is made; the remaining provisions of the Order shall come into force on 1st May 1996.

(3)

This Order does not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
