# The Deregulation (Sunday Licensing) Order 2001, Paragraph 15


At the end of section 92(2) (procedure on applications to magistrates' courts) of the 1964 Act insert—
“(d) an application under section 81AA of this Act for the variation of a special hours certificate”.
