# The Deregulation (Sunday Licensing) Order 2001, Paragraph 5


(1) Section 73 (supplementary provisions as to orders under section 70) of the 1964 Act shall be amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for “weekdays” substitute “days”.
(3) In subsection (2)—
(a) for “weekdays”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “days”, and
(b) after “morning” insert “or, in the case of the morning following Sunday, half an hour past midnight”.
