Article 1 Citation, interpretation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Weights and Measures) Order 1999.
(2)
In this Order “the 1985 Act” means the Weights and Measures Act 1985f1.
(3)
This Order shall come into force 28 days after the day on which it is made.
