# The Deregulation (Wireless Telegraphy) Order 1996, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order —
(a) “the 1949 Act” means the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, and
(b) “the 1967 Act” means the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967.
