  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends: —\n(a) the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949, and\n(b) the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967\nFirst, it amends section 1 of the 1949 Act with the effect that television dealers will no longer be required to have a licence for the purpose of demonstrating, testing or repairing receivers.\nSecondly, it repeals section 1 of the 1967 Act, with a consequential amendment of section 2, with the effect that television dealers will no longer be required to register with the BBC.",
