  "text": "DERELICT LAND\nMade 11th December 2000\nLaid before Parliament 20th December 2000\nComing into force 10th January 2001\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1(7) and (8)(b) of the Derelict Land Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:",
