# The Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) (Amendment) Rules 1990, Article 2


Rule 6(4) of the Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 is amended—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), by inserting at the end thereof the words “or section 276 of the Act”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), by substituting for the words “the Patents Act 1977” the words “section 275 of the Act”.
