# The Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989, Article 12: Proceedings in respect of application to settle terms of licence of right or adjust terms of licence

Decision of the ComptrollerAfter hearing the party or parties desiring to be heard, or if none of the parties so desires, then without a hearing, the Comptroller shall decide the application and notify his decision to the parties, giving written reasons for his decision if so required by any party.
