# The Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller)(Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules replace Schedule 2 to the Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 to increase (by 8 per cent) from £50 to £54 the fees for the matters referred to in items 1, 3 and 4.
