  "text": "This Order supersedes S.I. 1989/990 published on 21st June 1989 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nDESIGNS\nMade 28th July 1989\nLaid before Parliament 31st July 1989\nComing into force 1st August 1989\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 28th day of July 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas, it appears to Her Majesty that the laws of the countries mentioned in article 2 of this Order provide adequate protection for British designs:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, by virtue of the authority conferred upon Her by section 256(1) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
