  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order designates the countries enjoying reciprocal protection under the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 relating to design right. It supersedes, and is in the same terms as, the Design Right (Reciprocal Protection) Order 1989, which is revoked before it comes into force.",
