The following countries are hereby designated as enjoying reciprocal protection under Part III of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (design right)–

  • Anguilla

  • Bermuda

  • British Indian Ocean Territory

  • British Virgin Islands

  • Cayman Islands

  • Channel Islands

  • Falklands Islands

  • Gibraltar

  • Hong Kong

  • Isle of Man

  • Montserrat

  • New Zealand

  • Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands

  • St Helena and Dependencies

  • South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands

  • Turks and Caicos Islands.
