The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Whereas, it appears to Her Majesty that the laws of the countries mentioned in article 2 of this Order provide adequate protection for British designs:

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, by virtue of the authority conferred upon Her by section 256(1) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988^f1, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
