# The Design Right (Semiconductor Topographies) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Design Right (Semiconductor Topographies) Regulations 1989


(1) Regulation 4 (qualification) of the Design Right (Semiconductor Topographies) Regulations 1989 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) for “another” substitute “a”.
(3) In paragraph (4)—
(a) for “every member State of the European Economic Community” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(b) for “any member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(c) omit from “and subsection (4)” to the end of the sentence.
