  "text": "DESIGNS\nMade 2nd November 1989\nLaid before Parliament 22nd November 1989\nComing into force 1st December 1989\nThe Secretary of State, being designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the conferment and protection of exclusive rights in the topographies of semiconductor products, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said section 2(2) hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
