  "text": "DESIGNS\nMade 2nd May 1990\nLaid before Parliament 10th May 1990\nComing into force 31st May 1990\nThe Secretary of State, being designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the conferment and protection of exclusive rights in the topographies of semiconductor products, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said section 2(2) hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
