  "text": "DESIGNS\nMade 29th November 1988\nLaid before Parliament 7th December 1988\nComing into force 1st January 1989\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 17(5) and (6), 36 and 40 of the Registered Designs Act 1949 and now vested in him and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 10(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 and with the consent of the Treasury pursuant to the said section 40, hereby makes the following Rules:",
