  "long_title": "This Order amends the Designs (Convention Countries) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/277) under powers conferred by sections 13(1) and 37(5) of the Registered Designs Act 1949 to fulfil the international obligations of the United Kingdom as a member of the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Cape Verde became a member of the WTO on 23rd July 2008. This Order declares Cape Verde to be a convention country for the purposes of all the provisions of the Registered Designs Act 1949.",
