  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Detergents (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.\n(2) Regulations 2 and 3, and this regulation, come into force immediately before IP completion day.\n(3) Regulations 4 and 5 come into force on IP completion day.\n(4) Regulation 4 extends to England and Wales and Scotland.\n(5) Regulation 5 extends to Northern Ireland.",
