  "text": "Consumer Protection\nEnvironmental Protection\nPublic Health\nMade 23rd May 2013\nLaid before Parliament 3rd June 2013\nComing into force 30th June 2013\nThe Secretary of State is a Minister designated for the purpose of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures for safety as respects, among other products, detergents; provisions concerning the composition, labelling, marketing, classification or description of, among other products, detergents; measures relating to consumer protection; and measures relating to the environment.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.",
