# The Detergents Regulations 2005, Regulation 8: Provisional restrictions and prohibitions

Status: prospective

Any person who contravenes any restriction or prohibition imposed under Article 15 of Regulation 648/2004 (or who causes or permits any other person so to do) shall be guilty of an offence.
