# The Development Board for Rural Wales (Area) Order 1996, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 6th March 1996
Laid before Parliament 8th March 1996
Coming into force 31st March 1996
The Secretary of State for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(2) of the Development of Rural Wales Act 1976 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and after consulting in accordance with section 1(4) of that Act hereby makes the following Order:—
