  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order includes in the area for which the Development Board for Rural Wales is responsible under the Development of Rural Wales Act 1976 the areas of the three communities of Llanrhaedr-ym-Mochnant, Llansilin and Llangedwyn. This extension is to take account of changes made to the boundary of the area of the County of Powys under the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994.\nSection 1(2) of the Development of Rural Wales Act 1976 is amended by paragraph 53(1) of Schedule 16 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 which comes into force on 1st April 1996 by substituting for the existing words “the county of Powys and the districts of Ceredigion and Merionnydd” the words “the area for which it was so responsible before 1st April 1996”.",
