# The Development Commission (Dissolution) Order 2000, Article 3: Transfer of functions, property, rights and liabilities


On the date on which the Development Commission is dissolved:
(a) all rights and liabilities of the Development Commission relating to the property known as Units 3 and 4, Chartfield House, Castle Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 4AS, shall transfer to the Secretary of State; and
(b) all other remaining functions, property, rights and liabilities shall transfer to the Countryside Agency.
