# The Development Commission (Dissolution) Order 2000, Article 5: Consequential Amendments


On the date on which the Development Commission is dissolved the following provisions of the Miscellaneous Financial Provisions Act 1983 shall be repealed: section 1(1), (2), (5), (6) and (9) and Schedule 1.
