  "text": "(1) The Development Procedure (Consultees) (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2021 is amended as follows.\n(2) For article 1(2)(a) substitute—\n“(a) this article and articles 2(1) and 3(1) come into force on 1 December 2021;”\n(3) Omit the following—\n(a) article 2(2)(a);\n(b) article 2(3)(b);\n(c) article 3(2)(a); and\n(d) article 3(3).",
