Article 5 Credit: Bodies Concerned with the Environment-Transitional Provisions

In respect of a contribution to which article 4 applies, LFTR 1996 are modified as follows.

In regulation 36 (repayment of credit) in paragraph (1)(a)(i) and (ii) after “has been” insert “or will be”.
