Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority (Combination Scheme) Order 2006 and shall come into force in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

This article and article 2 shall come into force on 20th November 2006.

(3)

Article 3 shall come into force on 1st April 2007.
