This Instrument may be cited as The Devon County Council (Barnstaple Downstream Bridge) Scheme 2000 Confirmation Instrument 2002 and shall come into force on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.
