  "heading": "Transfers between districts",
  "text": "(1) The area or areas marked on a boundary map as shown in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be part of the relevant local government area named in column 3 and shall become part of that named in column 4.\n(2) Where in column 5 there is mentioned in relation to any area—\n(a) a city or district ward;\n(b) a county electoral division; and\n(c) a petty sessional division\nthat area shall in addition be transferred to that ward or division.",
