  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order transfers areas between the City of Exeter and the districts of East Devon and Teignbridge. The parishes affected are Broad Clyst, Brampford Speke, Clyst St. George, Sowton and Upton Pyne in the district of East Devon and Exminster, Holcombe Burnell and Ide in the district of Teignbridge. The City of Exeter is unparished. Consequential changes to local government electoral areas are made.\nThe map forming part of this note (page 6) gives a general guide to the areas affected.
