# The Dewsbury College (Dissolution) Order 2008, Article 2


On 1st August 2008 the corporation is dissolved and all of its property, rights and liabilities are transferred to Huddersfield Technical College, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
