  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations substitute the table in Schedule 4 to the Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014. This has the effect of increasing the level of payments made under the scheme for each age category by an average £8000.\nAn impact assessment has been published which considers the impact of this change in the level of payments made under the scheme on the private sector or on civil society, a copy of which is available at:\nhttps://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/286525/mesothelioma-payment-scheme-ia-mar-2014.pdf.\nIt is also available alongside this instrument and the Explanatory Memorandum on www.legislation.gov.uk.",
