  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 4th November 2025.\n(2) In these Regulations, “first diagnosed” has the meaning given to it by Schedule 1 to the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014.\n(3) These Regulations apply only in relation to any case in which a person was first diagnosed with diffuse mesothelioma on or after 4th November 2025.",
