  "text": "Payment Scheme\nMade 5th April 2014\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 2\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 and section 17(4) of the Mesothelioma Act 2014.\nIn accordance with section 17(2)(a) of that Act, as these are the first regulations under section 1, a draft has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
