# The Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014, Regulation 2: Commencement and ceasing to have effect

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations, apart from regulation 7(2)(c), come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(2) Regulation 7(2)(c) comes into force when sections 4 to 7 (relevant persons) of the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010 come into force.
(3) Regulation 7(2)(a) and (b) cease to have effect when regulation 7(2)(c) comes into force.
