# Digital Assets (Scotland) Act 2026, Section 9: Commencement

Extent: S

(1) The following provisions come into force the day after Royal Assent: this section and sections 7, 8 and 10.
(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.
