  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where before the time when the new code comes into force—\n(a) a notice has been given under paragraph 5(1) of the existing code, and\n(b) an application has been made to the court in relation to the notice.\n(2) Subject to sub-paragraph (3), the existing code continues to apply in relation to the application.\n(3) An order made under the existing code by virtue of sub-paragraph (2) has effect as an order under paragraph 20 of the new code.",
