  "text": "(1) Section 62 (electronic communications apparatus) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) for “Paragraph 23 of the electronic communications code” substitute “ Part 10 of Schedule 3A of the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) ”.\n(3) In subsection (4) for “Paragraph 23” substitute “ Part 10 ”.\n(4) In subsection (5)—\n(a) for “Sub-paragraph (8) of paragraph 23” substitute “ Paragraph 68 ”;\n(b) for “that paragraph” substitute “ Part 10 of the code ”.\n(5) In subsection (6) for “1(2)” substitute “ 103(2) ”.\n(6) In subsection (7) for “Paragraph 21 of the electronic communications code (restriction on removal of apparatus)” substitute “ Part 6 of the electronic communications code (rights to require removal of apparatus) ”.",
