Schedule 3 to the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (other powers etc of licence holders) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(1) omit the following definitions—

(a)

“public telecommunications operator”;

(b)

“telecommunication apparatus” and “electronic communications network”;

(c)

“telecommunications code”.

(3)

In paragraph 3(2) for “paragraph 23 of the electronic communications code” substitute “ Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) ”.
