Paragraph 5 I1

Section 45 of the Opencast Coal Act 1958 (provisions as to telegraphic lines) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2) for “paragraph 23 of the electronic communications code” substitute “ Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) ”.

In section (4) for “Paragraph 1(2) of the electronic communications code” substitute “ Paragraph 103(2) of the electronic communications code ”.
