  "text": "(1) Schedule 5 to the CRA 2015 (investigatory powers: enforcer’s legislation) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 10—\n(a) omit “regulation 19(1) or (1A) of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1277);”;\n(b) at the appropriate place insert—\n“section 231(1), (2) or (3) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.”\n(3) In paragraph 18(b) for “the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1277)” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.",
