  "text": "(1) The CMA must—\n(a) carry out a public consultation on any decision that it is considering making as a result of an SMS investigation (see section 14(1)), and\n(b) bring the public consultation to the attention of such persons as it considers appropriate.\n(2) Consultation under subsection (1) may be carried out at the same time as consultation under section 24(1) (consultation in relation to a conduct requirement).",
