  "text": "(1) This section provides for how references to the supply of goods or digital content are to be read for the purposes of this Part.\n(2) References to a person who supplies goods or digital content are to be read as including references to a person who seeks to supply goods or digital content (and references to a person who receives goods or digital content are to be read in a corresponding way).\n(3) The supply of goods includes, in relation to buildings and other structures, construction of them by one person for another.\n(4) References to a person supplying goods under—\n(a) a hire-purchase agreement,\n(b) a credit-sale agreement, or\n(c) a conditional sale agreement,\nare to be read as including references to a person who conducts any antecedent negotiations relating to the agreement.\n(5) The following terms have the meanings given by section 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974—\n“antecedent negotiations”;\n“conditional sale agreement”;\n“credit sale agreement”;\n“hire-purchase agreement”.",
