  "text": "(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Chapter binds the Crown.\n(2) The Crown is not criminally liable as a result of anything in this Chapter.\n(3) Subsection (2) does not affect the application of any provision of this Chapter in relation to persons in the public service of the Crown.",
