  "heading": "Accreditation criteria",
  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Chapter the accreditation criteria are the criteria set out in Schedule 26.\n(2) The Secretary of State may by regulations amend Schedule 26 for the purpose of—\n(a) adding a new criterion, or\n(b) removing or varying any criterion for the time being set out in that Schedule.\n(3) Regulations under subsection (2) are subject to the affirmative procedure.",
