# Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, Section 334: Financial provision

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

There is to be paid out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the CMA under or by virtue of this Act, and
(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.
