Paragraph 13 Contents of final notice
(1)
Where Natural Resources Wales decides to impose a variable monetary penalty, it must serve a notice imposing it (“final notice”).
(2)
A final notice must include the following information—
(a)
the grounds for imposing the penalty,
(b)
the amount of the penalty,
(c)
how payment is to be made,
(d)
the period within which payment must be made, which must not be less than 2 months after the day on which the final notice is given,
(e)
the right of appeal, and
(f)
the consequences of non-payment.
