  "text": "(1) This Measure may be cited as the Diocesan Stipends Funds (Amendment) Measure 2023.\n(2) This Measure comes into force on the day on which it is passed.\n(3) This Measure extends to the provinces of Canterbury and York, except for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.",
